It seems that I have the best intentions, but invariably something knocks me a bit off schedule. I am so happy to participate in Pink Satuday once again, but am a bit tardy in getting this post up and running.
Aren't they cheery and welcoming in my kitchen??
Here is one of the reasons I was late in posting this post.....He's not pink, but he sure is a cutie!!I thought I would share my pink zinnias with you this Saturday...as it is now the only pink thing blooming in my garden. Because we have spent the entire last year building out farm house, my landscaping is not yet done, and the only place I have flowers is in my vegetable garden. Each year I plant a cutting bed of zinnias....they are so cheery to cut and bring in the house! So here they are in all their pinkness, from pale to brilliant....
For a complete list of Pink Saturday participants....visit Bev at How Sweet the Sound.

A Pink Zinnia Sister!!!! I save my favorite flower's seed every year and plant pink zinnias. What could be prettier? And they are fairly hearty, standing our heat and dry weather. I give them plenty of drinks though.
I even filled our alley this year so I would have plenty to cut. What a cute little horse.
Blessings!
Jennifer
I just viewed the other blog of your beautiful home. So pretty. May I ask - do you sew your aprons at home? They are pretty and I know they take lots of time. I really like them.
I like the farm lifestyle but haven't had the opportunity to live it though my grandparents and parents did.
Blessings,
Jennifer
Oh Beverly, love the flowers honey. The little guy is just absolutely precious. He looks like a minature, will he get much bigger than he is? Imagine walking you little minature instead of a dog. Happy Pink Saturday honey. Thanks so much for sharing. I have signed up to follow your blog. I can't wait to see what you post next. Please stop by and say hi, I would love to have you follow my blog as well. Country Hugs honey, Sherry

What does Maddie think of that cute guy walking with you!? hahaha what a precious wee sized horse he is!
I know you can't click on anything at my blog since your computer goes into a tailspin everytime you try to comment... you must go to the ziaandtia.com to see these recycled vintage chandeliers that I'm posting about! They are divine.
