I have not posted in a couple of weeks.
We were gone....on vacation in
St. Martin....the French side....
home of clothing optional beaches.
No, we didn't!
And most who were....should not have been!!
It was great to soak up some sun, read some books,
and eat French baguettes for every meal.
Breakfast (oooooh, those croissants) by the pool....
(now back to modest eating!)
I took my camera to a Butterfly Garden
and snapped the following pictures to share with you:
It was great to be warm...but is so good to be home again!!

Oh how beautiful. Glad to have you back.
Oh my...the butterflies are fabulous!!
Well....see you should have undressed to show them how you are supposed to look on a nude beach..hehehe :0)
Some twenty years ago I climbed down the cliffs to the well known nude beach (Blacks Beach) north of San Diego, CA...The art of body painting was everywhere. :0) I guess I've experienced many things in my life and that one was a blast. There were even vendors pushing ice cream carts..LOL Totally bizarre..I kept wondering how the heck they got that cart down there.
Glad you are home...did you arrive home to tons of snow??
((((hugs))))
Steph
Glad you both had a great time, some sun sure would be appreciated right now but at least we do not have your snow! Love the BF's
beautiful butterflies..what a variety
Welcome back. The last and only time I went to St. Martin was 23 years ago. My dh and I along with our 4 moth old son went on a cruise. We took a tour of the island in a taxi cab. There are so many depressing areas on the island. We learned of the beaches from other people on the cruise.
Today, there is no sewing. We are in a severe rain with thunder, lightning, and hale storm.
Welcome home!!! Groundhog says 6 more weeks of winter~ :p
Is it okay for me to say I'm jealous?
So glad for you to have a little respite from the day to day hard work of the farm. Even when you love it ya need a break!
So glad you are home safe and sound!!!!
Sounds like you had a great time. The butterflies are gorgeous.
Hello Sweet Bev! These beautiful butterflies look like they are painted! Oh the wonderful of nature! Glad you had a wonderful time!
Hugs,
Maryjane
