This will be a rather short post.
I am writing to you to tell you
something wonderful.
Today I fell in love again.
It happened at exactly 11:55 AM.
It is a moment that will remain
a sweet memory for the rest of my life.
You see, today my first grandchild was born.
Tyler Andrew.
He came three weeks early.
5 pounds 14 ounces
of pinkness
and sweetness
and innocence
and everything good about this world.
My life is forever changed.
Better.
To my daughter Jenn, I say "thanks"
for working so hard. You will be an awesome Mama.
PS....He has my chin (mine and Kirk Douglas')

I put his little gift in the mail today!!! I was a little rattled and forgot one of the cards-so I jotted a message on a business card at the Mail center!!!
