My favorite coconut cake recipe...

made into sweet Easter cupcakes,

topped with cream cheese/butter frosting

grass green coconut,

easter eggs,

with a vintage bunny topper.

I printed them and flipped the image to make matching back sides.

(Ooohhh, I can hardly wait for dessert!!)

Now off to pop a loaf of whole grain bread into the oven,
and baking for the week is finished.
