Taking Shape

There is still snow on the ground from yesterday's storm, but a warmer day has caused much melting. I had a bit of time to work on more quilt panels today and just finished assembling the body of the quilt. Now I need to decide how to trim the quilt....perhaps a border of red and white pinwheels. Well, back to the cutting board...I have a bit of work ahead of me! This quilt is wall-hanging or lap sized. I hope to have a quilt made for each season, so that I can rotate them throughout the year. Perhaps I will hang them on the loft banister overlooking the great room in our log home (you can follow construction progress on my farm blog).

Happy Holidays to you!
