Besides new grandbaby activities,
(oh my, we are both asleep!)
this is what I have been up to lately.
Canning, canning, canning.
This week I made 10 pints of blueberry lime jam.
I turned a few piles of these...
into Dill Pickles.
Yumm!
Oh, how I love preserving summer's bounty
to enjoy the rest of the year.

That jam sounds delicious! I'd love the recipe. Happy Summer!
The first picture is precious. I wished that I had your bounty for making jam, etc. I am not a dill pickle person, but the jam sounds scrumptious.
Busy gal! No wonder you joined baby in a nap!
Blessings!
You needed that nap Grammie!!! That boy is precious!!!!
You still amaze me with how much you get done!
I got Jenns sweet note today-such a precious girl!Must've had a good momma!
Oh how tuckered out!!! I think you need to post the blueberry lime jam recipe. I have never heard of adding lime. Sounds yummy!!!
I love canning! Maybe not standing over a hot stove while it's in the 90's but the results are just so worth it. So far I canned bread and butter pickles and tomato sauce, but there are many more things I want to can. That blueberry lime jam sounds great! We are actually off to pick blueberries this weekend since our bushes aren't producing yet...
It is such a wonderful feeling of accomplishment, isn't it?
No wonder you are asleep...you work so hard!!!!
